Training for Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Bullying at Work (November 18, 2020)
On November 18, 2020, KOREANA invited Ms. Joon-Hee Kim, a labor attorney at labor law firm Daeseung, for a training session to prevent bullying and sexual harassment at work.
With a theme of bright and healthy workplace culture, the training session focused on prevention of sexual harassment at work as well as workplace bullying.
Using some recent cases, the session provided detailed explanations of how sexual harassment at the office is defined including its types, how it can be responded to, how bullying at the office is defined, and the scope of suitable manners of treating a coworker.
